1. These terms of sale apply to all goods supplied by FARFIELD Records, 40 Harrison
Road, Southampton, SO17 3TJ “Supplier”
Sale contract
a) No contract exists between you and the Supplier for the sale of any goods
until the Supplier has received and accepted your order and the Supplier has
received payment in full (in cleared funds). Once the Supplier does so, there
is a binding legal contract between us.
b) By way of clarification, an acknowledgement of your order will be sent to you via e-mail when you place your order, but acceptance of your offer to buy the goods will not take place until after your payment is taken and you receive your acceptance e-mail. It is at this point that a binding legal contract is created and any contract is subject to these Terms and Conditions.
c) The contract is subject to your right of cancellation (see below).
The Supplier may change these terms of sale without notice to you in relation
to future sales. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase
the goods subject to these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions are subject only to UK law.
2. Your right of cancellation
a) Music products. All music products may be returned within 7 days of your
receipt for a full refund provided the packaging has not been opened. We are
unable to offer a refund on any CDs that have been opened except in the case
of faulty products.
b) Other products may be returned within 7 days of receipt if they are unused and in their original condition. You may carefully open packaging to inspect products such as CDRs or labels but we cannot accept returns where some of the pack has been used - except if the product is faulty.
c) Return postage. We are unable to offer refunds of your return postage costs except in the case of faulty goods or incorrect goods sent. Return postage refunds, when available, will be limited to the cheapest reasonable return postage method available (i.e. if you decide to send by same day courier don’t expect us to pay for it!)
d) Request a return. To request a return please visit:
Our support ticket system and fill out the Return Request form with your
name, address and original order number.
Returns requested after 7 days of receipt will not be processed.
Be sure to get a certificate of posting from the post office in case of lost or damaged post.
PLEASE NOTE: Goods cannot be returned without an RMA number, which we will provide for you to write on your package. Do not send your package until we have sent you the RMA number.
3. Invoices. We generally do not send invoices unless it is obviously for business use. If you require an invoice for your business in addition to the
automated receipt emailed to you, please contact us via our support system:
